Program
Chairperson: Sis. Dimitri Crain
Mission: To work in concert with the Pastor and Deacons to develop an annual church calendar of events.
Duties:
Recommending the necessary addition and deletion to the church calendar to make
it more beneficial to the church body
Schedule programs so that a
balance is maintained throughout the year
Appoint chairperson to oversee
the major church programs
Maintain a budget
to purchase gifts and souvenir items to be disseminated on special dates such as
Mother’s day, Father’s Day, Graduation, and Church Anniversary.
Make sure that
the calendars for the following year of events are completed and distributed to
the church body by November 30th.
