Mission: Encourage and help the Pastor in any way possible.

Goal and objective: This Ministry shall be organized and authorized to aid the Pastor. They shall provide occasional aide to the Pastor’s welfare.  This ministry shall use their own resources.

Encourage Your Pastor

If you like the Pastor’s sermons, Why not stop and tell him so?

It will give him inspiration , More that you will ever know.

If you like the work he’s doing, Do not be afraid to say;

It will give him added courage, For the burden of the day.

If you think he’s being partial, To some members of God’s Flock,

He’s merely being friendly- Do not start a lot of talk!

Just remember he has trials, Just the same as you and I;

Though He can’t please all the people, Neither could our Lord on high.

 *****

If you have word of kindness- Not a lot of flowery praise

You should let the Pastor know it; It will brighten up his days.
