Chairperson:    Brother Dwayne Cannon

Mission:           Prepares and presents the Church budget; the church Budget is a tool approved by the church organization as

                                   a spending guideline for the  ministries and operation of the church.

                                   Works with other Ministries in educating about the budget,  developing the budget and keeping within it.

Duties:          Assures that the budget of each ministry program is realistic and cost  effective;  Evaluates each individual budget with the overall church financial status to assure that the money  designated corresponds to the fiscal needs of the church.

                                I f the Budget Finance Committee determines that cost reduction is needed,  it communicates to the Ministry teams  the reasons for the reduction and work with them in formulating a revised budget   proposal.   

                       Once the budget Finance Committee has reviewed each program budget, the information is condensed into a proposed church budget that is presented to the congregation awaiting approval.
